Scope of the service

IPTV Reseller Store offers reseller panel access and prepaid credit packages through iptvresellerstore.com. Fixed packages include the stated number of credits, full reseller panel access, all guides, no setup fees, and priority support with 24/7 live chat and email availability. Larger Enterprise packages are discussed by email and do not have a published price.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and order information and for reviewing the package details before submitting a request. If details change or an error is discovered, contact [email protected].

Orders, trials, and payment

Prices are stated in USD. You select one package and submit an order without paying at checkout. Submission records the package you are considering; it does not mean payment has been collected or that purchased credits have been activated. A submitted order initially remains On hold.

We coordinate the free trial by email. The trial includes service viewing and trial panel access; no fixed trial duration is promised. If you decide to proceed, payment arrangements follow. The purchased package is activated only after payment confirmation. There is no automatic renewal, cancellation charge, or minimum commitment stated by this website.

Credits and subscription duration

Credits are allocated according to the selected customer subscription duration:

• 1-month subscription = 1 credit;
• 3-month subscription = 3 credits;
• 6-month subscription = 6 credits; and
• 12-month subscription = 12 credits.

Unused credits in your reseller balance do not expire. This is separate from an activated subscription: once credits are used to activate a subscription, that subscription runs for its selected fixed duration. The non-expiring balance rule does not make an activated subscription indefinite.

Access credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding panel usernames, passwords, access links, and other account credentials supplied to you. Do not share credentials with unauthorized people or publish them. Notify support promptly if you reasonably believe access has been compromised. Never send a password or payment-card information in ordinary support email.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website, panel, trial, packages, or support channels to:

• break applicable law or facilitate unlawful activity;
• gain or attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, or data;
• commit fraud, misrepresent identity or authority, or abuse the trial process;
• infringe copyright or other rights, or encourage others to do so;
• interfere with security, availability, or the operation of the service; or
• transmit malicious code or use automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the service.

Resellers remain responsible for their own customer communications, commercial claims, and compliance obligations. Describing the service or its availability does not establish content distribution rights in any territory. Rights concerns can be reported under our Copyright & Content Complaints process.

Availability and expectations

The trial is the opportunity to evaluate the service and panel before payment. We do not guarantee reseller earnings, uninterrupted streaming, particular content availability, or panel features not stated on the website. Support can investigate reported issues, but no specific response or resolution deadline is promised here.

Terms requiring owner review

The business has not yet approved a legal entity name, registered address, governing law, dispute venue, liability allocation, account-closure treatment, or detailed suspension and termination process. Those provisions require owner and legal review before live paid transactions. Nothing on this page creates a broad waiver of consumer rights or limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
