Each month of a customer subscription uses one credit. A 12-month subscription uses 12 credits. Unused credits in your reseller balance do not expire.
A 120-credit package can cover ten 12-month subscriptions or a combination of shorter subscriptions totaling 120 credits.
Non-expiring credits refer to your unused balance; activated subscriptions still have their selected duration.
