2026 Credits Guide

What one credit buys, what it really costs per customer-month, how to compare offers that use different credit units, and what to check before you buy.

On most monthly-credit panels, one IPTV reseller credit activates one month of service for one customer, so a 12-month subscription uses 12 credits. IPTV reseller credits are the prepaid balance you hold in your reseller panel and spend each time you activate a customer. Not every panel uses the same unit, though, and that is why prices across the market are so hard to compare. This guide explains both credit models, converts prices into a cost per customer-month, and lists the checks to make before you buy.

Quick Answer: How IPTV Reseller Credits Work

IPTV reseller credits are a prepaid balance in your reseller panel. On a monthly-credit panel like ours, 1 credit = 1 month: a 1-month subscription uses 1 credit, 3 months uses 3, 6 months uses 6 and 12 months uses 12. Credits are deducted when you activate a subscription. With us, unused credits never expire, and the cost per credit falls from $2.50 on the 120-credit Starter package to $1.88 on the 1,200-credit Pro package. Some other panels use a different unit (1 credit = 12 months), so always compare offers by cost per customer-month.

What an IPTV Reseller Credit Is

Credits are the internal currency of a reseller panel. An IPTV reseller credit is a prepaid unit loaded into your IPTV reseller panel. Instead of paying the provider for each customer, you buy a package of credits up front and spend them whenever you activate a subscription. The panel deducts credits at activation, based on the subscription length you choose. If the overall model is new to you, start with how IPTV reselling works.

Credit balance vs subscription expiry

These are two different clocks, and mixing them up is the most common source of confusion with IPTV reseller credits:

  • Your credit balance is what you haven’t spent yet. With us, it never expires.
  • An activated subscription runs for the length you selected. A 6-month subscription runs for six months from activation, however many credits remain in your balance.

In practice, this means a bigger package isn’t a risk of waste: it’s simply a lower unit cost on credits you will use eventually.

How Many IPTV Reseller Credits Each Subscription Uses

On our panel, the rule is simple: subscription length in months equals credits spent.

Credits used per activated subscription (monthly-credit model)
Subscription lengthCredits usedCredit cost on Starter ($2.50)Credit cost on Pro ($1.88)
1 month1 credit$2.50$1.88
3 months3 credits$7.50$5.63
6 months6 credits$15.00$11.25
12 months12 credits$30.00$22.50

Monthly credits vs 12-month credits: the two models

Not every panel defines a credit the same way. Most use the monthly model above, but some use an annual model in which one credit buys 12 months and shorter terms cost a fraction of a credit. The same 6-month subscription can therefore cost 6 credits on one panel and 0.5 credit on another.

The two credit models side by side
Subscription lengthMonthly model (ours)Annual model (some panels)
1 month1 credit0.10 credit
3 months3 credits0.25 credit
6 months6 credits0.5 credit
12 months12 credits1 credit

On the annual model, short terms are not always priced in proportion: in the example above, one month costs 0.10 credit, slightly more than a twelfth of a credit. That’s why a price of “$36 per credit” isn’t necessarily more expensive than “$2 per credit”. You have to know what one credit buys before you can compare. The next section shows how.

Do multiple connections cost more credits?

On some panels, yes. One public offer we observed charges 12 credits for a 12-month line on one connection and 22 credits for the same line on two connections. We don’t publish connection rules on our site, so if you plan to sell multi-connection lines, ask us by email and confirm the exact debit during your trial before you activate any customer.

Do free trials use credits?

Our free trial happens before you buy, so it doesn’t use credits from a purchased package. You submit an unpaid order, we coordinate your service viewing and trial panel access by email, and you pay only if you decide to continue.

What IPTV Reseller Credits Cost per Customer-Month

Unit price for IPTV reseller credits is the package price divided by the number of credits. Because one of our credits equals one customer-month, our cost per credit is also our cost per customer-month.

Our IPTV reseller credit packages (October 2026)
PackageCreditsPriceCost per creditCost of a 12-month line
Starter120$300$2.50$30.00
Growth240$500$2.08$25.00
Scale360$700$1.94$23.33
Business600$1,150$1.92$23.00
Pro1,200$2,250$1.88$22.50

Enterprise volumes above 1,200 credits are agreed individually by email, so no unit price is published for them.

How to compare offers that use different credit units

Use these three steps to turn any offer of IPTV reseller credits into a cost per customer-month:

  1. Find the cost per credit: package price รท number of credits.
  2. Find what one credit buys: how many customer-months does one credit activate?
  3. Divide: cost per credit รท months per credit = cost per customer-month.

For example, an offer of 10 annual credits for $360 costs $36 per credit. One credit buys 12 months, so the cost is $36 รท 12 = $3.00 per customer-month.

Anonymised public offers, normalised (observed October 2026)
OfferCredit modelPackageCost per customer-month
Offer AMonthly60 credits for $130$2.17
Offer BAnnual10 credits for $360$3.00
Offer CMonthly, bundled with a ready-made store120 credits + store for $989โ‰ˆ $8.24 (includes the store)
IPTV Reseller StoreMonthly120 to 1,200 credits, $300 to $2,250$2.50 to $1.88

Price is only one part of the decision. A low cost per customer-month is worth little if the provider’s support, terms or reliability let you down.

Worked Examples

These examples use our own IPTV reseller credits and prices, so you can check every number yourself.

1

Annual subscriptions only (Starter)

You buy the 120-credit Starter package for $300 and sell only 12-month subscriptions. Each uses 12 credits, so 120 รท 12 = 10 annual customers, at a credit cost of $30 each.

2

Mixed durations (Growth)

You buy the 240-credit Growth package for $500 ($2.08 per credit) and activate a mix:

Mixed allocation inside a Growth package
SubscriptionsCredits eachCredits used
10 ร— 1 month110
10 ร— 3 months330
5 ร— 6 months630
5 ร— 12 months1260
Totalโ€”130

That uses 130 credits, with a credit cost of 130 ร— ($500 รท 240) โ‰ˆ $270.83, and leaves 110 credits in your balance for later.

If your plan needs more credits than the package holds, you’ll see a shortfall instead of a remainder. That’s the signal to compare a larger package rather than to over-promise to customers.

3

Margin at your own retail price

Your margin depends on the retail price you set, which is your decision. As an illustration only, assume you charge $15 per month and buy the Starter package:

Illustrative margin per customer-month (assumed $15 retail price)
PackageCredit cost per monthAssumed retail priceGross margin per month
Starter$2.50$15.00$12.50
Pro$1.88$15.00$13.12
This is not a promise of income. Gross margin is before payment fees, taxes, your time, customer support and any refunds. Your real result depends on your prices, your customers and your costs.

Using the credit calculator

The credit calculator on our pricing page takes a package of IPTV reseller credits plus the number of 1, 3, 6 and 12-month subscriptions you expect, and returns the credits required, the credits remaining or the shortfall, and the credit cost of that allocation. It estimates the credit cost of an allocation inside a prepaid package; it is not a separate checkout price, and it does not estimate your retail revenue or profit.

How Many IPTV Reseller Credits Should You Buy?

Work backwards from the customers you realistically expect to serve with your IPTV reseller credits. If they all took 12-month subscriptions, each package would cover:

Package size by expected annual customers
Expected annual customersCredits neededPackage that fits
Up to 10120Starter
Up to 20240Growth
Up to 30360Scale
Up to 50600Business
Up to 1001,200Pro

Shorter subscriptions stretch a package across more customers. Larger packages lower your unit cost, and because our credits never expire, buying ahead doesn’t put a clock on your balance. Even so, a smaller first package is the sensible choice until you have tested the service, the panel and the support for yourself.

Renewals, Transfers and Sub-Resellers

These rules differ between panels, and few providers selling IPTV reseller credits publish them, so get answers in writing before you depend on them:

  • Early renewals: if you renew a customer before their subscription ends, are the new months added to the remaining time or does the clock restart?
  • Credit transfers: can credits move between accounts, and are they ever lost in the process?
  • Sub-resellers: if you supply credits to sub-resellers, whose balance is debited and who supports their customers?

We don’t publish these rules on our site, so ask us by email and check them during your trial. Our guide on how to use an IPTV reseller panel covers the daily workflow around renewals.

Risks to Check Before Buying IPTV Reseller Credits

  • Provider dependency. Your IPTV reseller credits and your customers’ lines depend on the provider’s platform. If a provider stops operating, prepaid credits and active lines can become unusable.
  • Refund terms. Many credit sellers offer no refunds at all. Read the policy before you pay.
  • Payment and chargebacks. Know how you will be paid by customers, and what happens if a customer disputes a payment.
  • Unclear rights. If a provider can’t tell you what content it may distribute and where, the risk sits with you.

What happens to your credits if a provider shuts down

In practice, prepaid IPTV reseller credits are only as reliable as the company behind them. That’s the strongest reason to start with a package you can afford to commit, test the service and support before paying, and keep written records of what you bought and when.

Our refund and cancellation terms, in plain words

  • No payment is collected when you request a package, so withdrawing an unpaid request costs nothing.
  • If no credits have been used, you can request a full refund within 3 days of package activation.
  • Once any credit has been used, change-of-mind refunds are not available, including for the remaining balance.
  • Technical problems we can’t resolve are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days of approval.

The full wording is in our refund and cancellation policy.

IPTV itself is a delivery technology, and many licensed services use it. What matters is whether the content being resold is licensed for distribution. In the United States, the Protecting Lawful Streaming Act, signed into law in December 2020 and codified at 18 U.S.C. ยง 2319C, made it a felony to operate a commercial streaming service that is primarily designed to stream copyrighted works without authorization. Copyright holders can also act against unauthorized distribution under civil law.

For a reseller, the practical takeaway is simple: before you buy IPTV reseller credits or sell anything, ask your provider to confirm in writing which content it has the right to distribute and in which countries, and keep that answer on file. Our terms of service and copyright and content complaints page explain our own policies.

This is not legal advice. Rules differ by country and state. If distribution rights matter to your plans, take advice from a qualified lawyer where you operate before you start selling.

FAQ

How many credits is a 12-month IPTV subscription?

On a monthly-credit panel like ours, 12 credits. Each month of subscription uses one credit. On panels that use the annual model, a 12-month subscription uses 1 credit instead.

Does a 12-month subscription cost 12 credits at once?

Yes. When you activate a 12-month subscription, 12 credits are deducted from your balance at activation. The subscription then runs for the full 12 months.

Do IPTV reseller credits expire?

It depends on the provider. Ours don’t: unused credits stay in your balance with no expiry date. Activated subscriptions still run only for the length you selected.

Are credits used when I take a free trial?

No. Our trial takes place before you buy, so no purchased credits are used. You submit an unpaid order and we coordinate your service and panel trial by email.

Why do some panels charge $30 or more per credit?

Because their credit buys 12 months, not one. Divide the cost per credit by the months it buys: $36 for a 12-month credit is $3.00 per customer-month.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

With us, if no credits have been used, you can request a full refund within 3 days of activation. Once any credit has been used, change-of-mind refunds are not available. See our refund and cancellation policy for the full terms.

How much money do I need to start?

Our smallest package of IPTV reseller credits is 120 credits for $300, enough for ten 12-month subscriptions or any mix totalling 120 credits. There are no setup fees.

Does a 2-connection subscription cost more credits?

On some panels it does. We don’t publish connection rules on our site, so ask us by email and confirm the debit during your trial before selling multi-connection lines.
