Working in the panel
From credit balance to active subscription
Your prepaid balance sits in the panel until you use it. Each activation converts credits into a customer subscription of the length you choose.
Because unused credits do not expire, you can buy a larger package for the better unit price and draw it down over time. Once a subscription is activated, that subscription runs for its selected duration — that's separate from how long your remaining balance stays valid.
